Can't figure out what this could be

I have what i think to be two white muscovy ducks about four and a half weeks old, (got them at bomgaars where there were a bunch of different breeds) and Toast the one i think is a male has bald spots around his bill and eyes and dark skin unlike Cricket (my other one) I'm completely new to this and don't know what it could be, he also has dark spots on his bill but i believe those are just pigment spots

I don't know if somethings wrong or if this is normal, I tried using google but its being no help is it just where his caruncles will go? will feathers grow back? please help

I have a muscovy drake named Cricket too! He was my first baby, the one in my profile pic actually haha. Anyhow, good name choice and cheers to your babies!
