Can't find information about Ace Hi chicken scratch

Hi, I went to the local feed store and this is what they recommended. Does anyone know if this is a decent brand. It says Ace Hi Scratch Feed and I got oyster shell as well. I have shavings for the bedding. Any other food I should pick up.

Never heard of the brand, but you need to feed more than scratch and oyster shell if you are expecting decent eggs.

raellly all the food is the same it just has different protein levels

Okay, what protein level should I aim for? I'll have to run out and check the bag. Hopefully it's clearly labeled. I know the shop sells top of the line dog food so I hoped they also sold good chicken feed. I have pretty much been trusting the feed shop since I'm a first timer.
