Can't find the right Watering system

I have a small coop. I'm a neat freak and we all now how dirty chickens can be. I want a watering system that does not require me to go into the coop very often, hangs on the outside of the fence so I can add water from there (I don't want a hose hook-up b/c I move the coop around frequently) and keeps it off the floor of the coop so they aren't pooping in it. I am up for purchasing it or I can make it myself.

I have a new valve kit that hooks up to 1/4" irrigation line that is cheap at Lowes or Home Depot and then can be hooked up to a faucet. No need for a garden hose
