Cant get my humidity above 50

Im using a brinsea eco 20, but where I live right now humidity is VERY low. I actually have severe dry skin and even with a lot of water in the incubator the humidity is not going much above 50%. If I add anymore water to it then it starts to flow out of the unit. I read I cant close the air vent more than 30% and its about there. Anyone else live in severe dry climate?

Unless you are in lockdown, your humidity should not exceed 40% (30%-40% is ideal).

I've had great hatches at 35-40% humidity for days 1-18 and 50-55% for lockdown.
