Can't get them to come out

Last week I posted here about being worried that I wouldn't be able to get my eight week old chickens to go back into their coop. They have been in their coop for a week and a half. Friday, I fixed myself a drink, grabbed my camera and pulled up a chair to watch my 22 chickens come flooding out of the coop for the first time. Two hours later I had a hundred pictures of chickens sticking there heads out, but not one chicken came out. The next day one came out. Yesterday three came out. I guess in time they will get over it.

Earlier this week, I let my 6 week olds out into their run. They just peeked out the door for a while, so finally, I lured them out with a treat -- cracked wheat and yogurt. I'll bet a similar strategy will work for you. If you can lure one out, the others will follow.
