Can't identify this fledgeling? Don't know how to feed?

If you call your local humane society or SPCA (hopefully you don't miss them before they close for the day), they will be able to refer you to a wildlife rehabilitator. Then you can take the fledgling to them and drop it off. They will be able to tube feed it if necessary and arrange for its release when it's ready. You'd want to do this right away. With wildlife this is the best option IMO.

Your animal looks like it's in the dove/pigeon family but it doesn't look like the city/racer type pigeon ("rock dove") to me (I raised racing pigeons for a while some years back). The wing colors are all wrong, the rock doves don't have the smooth tan color. I was thinking wood dove at first, but those nestlings don't have the white in the front, from what I'm seeing.

I'm not quickly finding what yours is via google images.

@Fuzzy Torpedoes

I believe it is a pigeon. Like a ordinary one.
I keep pigeons and have raised some young ones by myself.
I keep ordinary pigeons and that looks just like any other wild pigeon.

I also have other varieties of birds and regardless they all eat and behave the same kind of ways.

And also i have never heard of places where they take in wild birds. I think no one would want to take in a pigeon after all they are pests. But its easy to grow them up from my experience and they grow up well even if they dont have parents.

I'm not saying I know for sure, but that brown/tan color of the wings - are there domestic/rock pigeons with the brown/tan like that? Like there's these doves: http://www.eastvalleywildlife.org/_images/doves_Inca-WW-Mourning-labeled2012.jpg . It reminds me of those.

I am not sure where the OP is located but I think everywhere in USA has wildlife rehabilitation specialists, and I don't think they turn anything down that is inside their area of expertise. The easy way to find out would be to call the humane society and ask for a reference.
