cant post pics

i have been trying to post pics and eggs on byc it reads you do not have permission the rules said you need 20 post i have 36 can some one help thanks no it says You don't have permissions to create attachments.

To attach pics you want to press the little frame with a picture on it now the paper clip. How long have you had 20 posts? It can take several hours for the system to recognize it.
