cant post reviews

hi, Im new to this forum, so I have a question. When I try to post a review about breeds, it pops up a window saying I don't have authorization. Thought maybe bacause I was doing it from my phone, so I got on a computer and tried it and came up with the same thing. Do you have to be a member for so long before being able to do this?
Also, does this site have an app for android? if not, it would be an awesome addition, that is how i use most of my internet, since we have satelite internet and the wifi doesnt reack all parts of the farm here, lol

. I do believe posting reviews is a perk added after you've posted with us for awhile. You should defiantly be able to review after a few more posts. Also, a forum app is in the works but has not been finished yet. For now I would suggest downloading the Tapatalk app for viewing the forum.
