Can't reset hatcher days

Well I also have the 42 egg hatcher the sailnovo from China and the book says hold the reset button for factory reset, doesn't work. Does any one have a number or a magic trick

If you got it from Amazon, you can probably write the seller to ask. Sometimes you have to initiate a return to get a way to get ahold of some sellers. Then back out of it.
