Solved Can't Resize Pictures Using Tap & Drag to Size

Sometimes, for esthetic reasons, I want them smaller.

@TwoCrows & @Kiki, I think we (@beluga3858) found a way to do it. Try two long taps. First will select, the second will bring up the sizing thingy.

Yay it worked! I first tried 2 long taps and nothing happened. I just kept tapping and the sizer thing appeared.
