Can't see anything on day 3, help!!!

Okay, day 4 now and I can see a tiny blood ring with a dot in it. Good, only I know that's what they're supposed to look like on day 2. Checked the temp with two different thermometers, it's 99.5 on the money. Kinda worried what could be going on in there.

YES! Checked today and all three eggs are in the spider-vein stage! One is right on schedule, the other two look a bit small...hoping that there isn't going to be too much of a delay between their development.
