Can't see through the chicken egg when candling

Hi everyone,

Today is day 23 of my chicks hatch day and there have been no pips or chirps. I decided to candle the eggs only to realize that I could see nothing in them. They were completely black. Before the lockdown, I had candled the eggs everyday and I could see a black shadow.

Any thoughts or advice?

I'm learning to hatch chicks myself. (On my second batch.) It might not help much this time around, but I've been putting pencil marks on the air-sacks to ensure they are growing. I penciled in Day 7, Day 12, and I plan on penciling Day 18. I have whose air sack has not grown, but I'm not sure I'll pull it, since this is my learning curve.
