Delayed hatching

Hi all! I candle eggs on day 18 showing good development and started lockdown! Day 21 came and 2/8 chicks hatched. We are bordering day 23 and no more pips. Anything to be concerned about?

Are the chicks moving in the eggs? Sometimes eggs will take longer to hatch if they got chilled along the way. Generally if they don't hatch by day 23 I candle and usually dispose of them.
