Can't seem to hatch Duck eggs!

I don't know how many times we've tried, but we seem can't to hatch any for about a year now. I've tried incubating, a broody chicken, letting my duck be with them, but nothing works! When I incubated them, they fully developed but died and never hatched. I have no idea what happened with my broody chickiens, it just never seemed to work as the same with the incubator! I'm so lost. Any advice?

Being that you have had issues with all three types of incubation- it could point to flock age/ health/ diet issues....or just bad luck with a different cause each time.

How old are your ducks?
What does their diet consist of?
What breed of duck are they?
