Can't set temperature to janoel12 incubator

Hi,

I have multiple janoel12 incubators, and i don't know why in some incubator i can't set the temperature and the huminity.
when i press and hold the set button, the temperaturre numbers flash, but +- buttons doesn't work , also i can't never see the others settings like humidity

is there a way to do a hard reset or something like that?

To change the temp click the "Set " button and the temperature meter should start blinking. Once it is blinking, you can change the temperature by using the + to go higher and - to go lower (set it at 37C). Once you have put it at the correct temperature, click the "Set" button to apply the change in temp. On the Janoel12 there is no humidity gauge.

I have hatched many times with the Janoel. The thermometer does not read correct and the temperature fluctuates a lot. I'd suggest getting one or two calibrated hydro/thermometer per incubator.
