Help on chicken feeling inflated or bloated

Hello, I have a dwarf hen who suddenly had her thigh feel like it inflated, I didn’t think much and thought it was an injury until now she feels inflated around the thighs, chest, and the top of her head. Can someone tell me what’s wrong and what I can do to help? I sadly can’t afford a vet appointment, if there’s any medications I can find in pet shops please tell me. I am sorry if I seem like a bad owner, I’m not too experienced on them that much

She doesn’t seem to show any discomfort, acting the same and trying to still fly up, and the inflated parts feel squishy like, i can’t tell if it feels like air or water

It sounds like air under the skin from a leaking air sac, which can happen after a bump. Is she having any trouble breathing? If not you can leave it alone. If she is, you can try deflating it with an 18 or 20 gauge needle and syringe. Here is a video:
