These are packing peanuts I got from Meyer. They are almost 7 week old EEs. They seem to be the only ones out of 26 chicks that are turning red. And the black one has a real attitude. Thought at first it was just setting a pecking order but now I'm not so sure. Can anyone help

The black and white one is a roo. The orange and white one needs a couple of more weeks for me to be sure. I dont see a bright red comb yet. I think most paking peanuts are male. So many people order just pullets so they send some males for breeding or in hopes of them getting good homes so they are not killed in the hatchery.

The black one with the white "collar" looks just like my 7 week old EE/SLW cross. Except my baby has a smaller, flatter, yellow comb. Based on the comparison, I'd say you have a roo... sorry.
My baby from my EE hen "Phoenix" and my SLW roo "Betty"

I was not ready for a Roo. I only planned for Hens. Not even sure how to handle this. It sounds like everyone is sure about the black and white? No hope at all?????

Your white and red one has pretty typical EE roo coloring - I'd guess both are roos.

Here's a pic of my 3 EE pullets at 7-8 weeks of age (to compare combs):
