Cant upload new pictures

I am trying to upload pictures and all it keps doing is saying loading and it wont even let me go to my computer and pick a picture.. I am really missing the old BYC. I knew how to work it. Please help...

Had you already, successfully, uploaded pics from computer to an album and this time you couldn't? Or the site upload page wouldn't allow you to choose a source at all?

I had problems with this, but whenever I made the pictures smaller they uploaded. I think my pictures were too large. My camera takes 18 mega-pixel pictures so I reduce my picture size to 25% and they upload just fine.
