Can't upload photos

I have a Samsung s6 and the site will not let me upload a pic from my phone

Try getting the app for your phone it is easier to upload pictures that way. The app is called byc, you probably know that but just making sure.

Maybe try redownloading the app and then try posting a pic

I have th same problem with my iPad. When I push the upload button it goes out of the app to this black screen than to the home screen. What does your phone do when you push the upload button?

Nothing it's like it will not even select the upload image button

Have you tried using either Firefox or Chrome on your phone?

I have chrome haven't tried firefox
