Can't upload pics

I'm having trouble with uploading pics, can't even click on the upload bar!!! Help plz....

Bring up a REPLY box and click anywhere within the box. Above the reply box on the right side you will see a small box directly to the left of the Quote mark. Click on this, "Image" and then click on "choose file". Select an image from your desk top; click on it then click "choose". Lastly click on "submit' them submit your post. I have had no luck trying to add pictures from anywhere but the desk top.

If none of those things help, please come back to this post and reply with all the information requested in that article above, especially:

1) Which browser and version are you using (eg., Firefox 3.5.9, Internet Explorer 7, etc.)
2) Have you deleted your internet cache / browser history of files and tried again?
3) Have you tried a different browser? This allows you to test if it is a browser specific problem vs. a computer / network problem. We suggest Google Chrome or Firefox.
