Can't walk duck and loosing feathers with pale beak

Hi, I'm a rehabber and I just got a Pekin duck that can't walk and is loosing feathers and has what I believe is bumblefeet. His foot and leg is hot to the touch. I need some advice please from the experts. Thank you

I have never had bumblefoot but until those more experienced with this come on, I would start with an Epsom salt bath and would order Baytril (an oral antibiotic) asap. https://allbirdproducts.com/products/baytril-10
