Can't Write a review

Why can't I review anything or post anything?
I tried to write a review on the Lohman Brown breed page but a box poped up and said "You do not have permission to create or edit a review." So I don't have a clue as to what I should do to be able to write a review!
Please Help me!

It may be a issue related to your post count. You may need a few more posts for the system to make sure you aren't a spam account.

OK, but how many posts do you think I need to be able to write review?

I know it's 10 for signature and 20 for the BST but I'm not sure about reviews. Plus it takes a few hours for the system to recognize it even after you have the required amount.
