caponizer needed!

Hi, I'm new here -- we have 2 roosters which is the Fort Worth limit by ordinance. Recently we hatched 6 chicks from our Rhode Island Red rooster and his 4 pullets. Two chicks are definitely cockerels. We are at the ordinance limit but dont want to destroy our baby chicks, so need a caponizer asap. (also our hens probably couldnt handle more roosters!) Does anyone know a reliable caponizer in the Fort Worth area?
