Caponizing? may not be the right chat room?

I need some info on caponizing.
where should that be discussed?
Got a ton of big breed roosters— going to butcher some today thought I'd practice with the anatomy part.
Is it practical?
what are the behavioral changes?
do they still crow and strut and make a fuss?

wouldnt a nice big roaster for fall be nice?
