Caponizing table ??

i see on youtube chinese have a table with 2 posts sticking up... does anyone have better info on how to build one ??really slick but for the life of me i cant figgure out how it works.... show me your setup

because you can keep them longer get them bigger and fatter and there delicious tender....not like a tough old gamy rooster!!

Because they don't have the hormones that roosters and cockerels do. Like a steer versus a a bull/bull calf or a wether vs a ram/ram lamb

I would love to learn how to do that and caponize the dual purpose and leghorn roosters I’ve been hatching out.
Years ago our county fair showed capons, my brother showed them one year.
