I don't know if u can buy caponized chicks, I believe u have to wait till they hit a certain age and caponize them yourself. I heard that not too many places do caponization, so u might have to do some research and try it yourself. I have a link for an old Sears & Roebuck catalog that details how to do it, let me see if I can find it....
 
cool I learned something new. we have carried them for years where I work frozen $1.99 per lb but I didnt know what they were.

We don't use capons around here anymore...broilers are much better feed converters.
