Caption Photo Thread

Just some feedback here:
I think the photo submission thread for the caption contests is getting a bit difficult to look through. There are a lot of great photos, but when photos are quoted in a reply, it's difficult for me to find the true new submissions. Also, I love the explanations submitted with the photos, but feel like it would be easier to create a caption if I didn't know exactly what was going on.
I also wonder how far back the photos are chosen. Are all of them eligible or just the ones since the latest contest ended?

I'm not the BYC Project Manager, but I heartily concur. I started trying to wade through it all, then gave up for the same reasons lovemy6hens cited.
