Caramels mix in poll

It's that time of year! Time for my familys' longstanding traditional of making caramels.
I made salted marshmallow swirl, hazelnut and chocolate Ganache caramels last year, I made pretzel and dried apple (I'm still on the fence about them) this year but I want to make some more.
What are some other good things that pair with caramels?

Shouldn't, if it's done similarly to Caramel Popcorn.
