Care Warriors Please help!!! Birds starved

Long Story and complicated. Bottom line the two birds needing help are roo's No food no water for a week. Poo is bright green and mayo consistency. Urates are yellow. I found them this morning. They weigh less than a pound each. Have given food pellets apples pears and fresh clean water free choice. In addition I have been forcing water with syringe every hour all day. What else should I do?

If you can get it I would give them Poultry Drench in their water, if not pedilyte will definitely help.
