Can I use this bedding for inside my Button Quail's cage - http://www.petco.com/product/3370/Carefresh-Natural-Pet-Bedding.aspx ?

I just want to make sure it's not dangerous to them

I doubt it is but I want to be sure!

They also have a mix of the Carefresh paper bedding and wood shavings - http://www.petco.com/product/113567/Carefresh-Basic-Pet-Bedding.aspx

Which
do you think would be better?

Thanks for your help!

* Carefresh Pet Bedding is chemical free

It says no oils

Feel free to share pictures! We love them!

How many buttons do you have.?

I just got new bedding today and the feed store has no clue what a "pellet" is. The stuff I got will do, but not what I wanted. Oh well..

I use Carefresh for my cots with no problems. It's kind of like shredded paperbags.

Walmart carries a similar product that may or may not be cheaper (depends on the store).

I've been trying not to use wood shavings because we have terrible allergies at my house and even though shavings are much cheaper, I'm afraid I'll be allergic to them.
