Two questions: 1. Should I wash the eggs before I put them in the refrigerator? I heard washing them allows bacteria to enter the through the shell.
2. When temperature are over 100, can eggs still be okay to eat if they've been in the heat for possibly 5 plus hours?

You don't need to wash the eggs before you put them in the fridge, only if you sell. You aren't going to eat the shells.
If the laying box(es) is/are in the shade, you can still collect, and eat them. Don't eat eggs that have been sitting in the sun.
