Caring for my injured Leghorn

Our Leghorn was recently attacked we think by a hawk. I took her to the vet because her eye was injured, eye drops have not been the easiest to administer but we are doing what we can. My concern is that her cone has become very droopy and dark in color. Any suggestions or ideas would be helpful as to why this is happening.

my advice is to clean it then apply " Rooster Booster " and see what goes on from there
