Cat head injury

This morning as I was leaving I accidentally kicked my cat's head (he was lying in the middle of our hallway) his eye twitched a little but then he seemed fine as he walked normally. Should I be concerned for the head trauma? I still feel so bad.

As long as he's acting normally I wouldnt worry about it. An accidental kick is different from an intentional one. Ive stepped on my cats paws before by accident and shes fine. Just say your sorry to that poor baby and keep an eye on him

Here's an update: He started making vomit like motions yesterday but then stopped. He also seemed a little more aggressive but other than that he seems fine. Thanks for your help!
