First things first my chickens are illegal per the city. I like to let the "girls" out in the morning for a while and then later in the afternoon. This morning when I looked out the window I saw a cat hunting them. What can I do about this. We have a privacy fence but the cat just climbs it. Is there a better time of the day to let them out? They love being free range in our backyard but I am worried for there safety.
