That is a great drawing, art! Pretty much just what I was thinking of!!!

I haven’t started the project yet, probably Thursday or Friday. So I don’t have the knee wall built or placed yet, I was basically wondering if it would work and give them enough room. Looks like it’s going to be fine.

Best suggestion.....get a panel and play with it.
Tack a ledger board to the coop wall, with a couple-few screws on top to hook panel onto. You'll learn a lot. That's what I did when I built my hoop coop to figure out how wide I wanted the base vs height to be.
