Cayuga egg pipped at wrong end

Hi I have 2 Cayuga eggs that have pipped at the wrong end of the egg and it’s been 2 days since they pipped, they have been moving and chirping do I intervene and help them out or do I wait a little longer?
Any advice is really appreciated!

What happened with this duck? I have some which are doing the same thing right now.
