I noticed today that my female Cayuga has two white feathers on the back of her neck??
I am worried the drakes have pulled dome out and white ones have replaced them or something??

Cayugas will often have a few white feathers mixed in. They also will slowly turn white with age, getting patches of white feathers in as the years go by. So, it's is completely normal! My female Cayuga has a few white feathers on her neck as well.

Oh phew.
Thank you. I was worried she has had some pulled out.
It's actually cute..adds to her character. I didn't realise they turn white with age!

Does anybody have any photo's of their Cayuga ducks that have turned white or have white feathers?
