CCL cross-roo?

I hatched this baby on 4/15. Mom is a CCL, dad is pictured. Roo or pullet? I'm thinking roo by the face but the color should be different by now Id think. Not sure how CCL Roos color developed though-do they get shoulder color early like other breeds? Opinions?

It looks like a cockerel to me, with that red comb/wattles.
