Chickstarrs
Crowing
So my DH laughed at me when I put the cd's up in the chicken run. "A little light listening for the chickens dear?
"
Well he discovered today that it was not just a silly idea.
I went out to let the chickens out of the run to free range a little later than usual today. Good thing. When I got to the coop, there was not a chicken in the run. They were all cowering in the corner and nest boxes of the coop. DH who was working in the garage said they were all scared because the largest hawk he had ever seen when swooping over the run but could not navigate through the cd's.
The chickens are all still huddled in the coop and the hawk is long gone. I wonder how long it will take them to decide to come out again?
