cecal - stinky runny poop

OK, i definitely have a few chicks with this! Should I, or can I do something about it, other than grin and bear it? My babies are 3 wks old and are on non med starter (Purina Start & Grow) and water. Their treats are cooked egg, yogurt, some parakeet grit, and occasional spinach leaf well washed. Thanks in advance!

Stop feeding them treats - just feed them the chick starter for a while.

is this an indicator of sickness?
otherwise, they are all their spunky selves!
btw, i can't get over how resilient chicks are, after dealing with pet store birds that is.
