I live in the outskirts of elkton and northeast in cecil, and I have a rooster and I don't know if that's a problem here..if it isn't can people complain about the noise? Also how many chickens can I have? I know alot of people have chickens in Maryland since perdue is based here so I need to know if I can keep my rooster without any problems.
