Census...Another reminder?

Silly silly silly. Now I have a reminder that I GOT the census last week and I need to return it.

Seriously? Is this a ploy to keep the PO in business?

I got a reminder today. Trouble is, I mailed the census back the day I got it. So they must have sent everybody out one. More wasted money!

You know, I've thought from the beginning that the whole "in the mail census" thing had something to do with helping the ever ailing P.O. system. I suppose if that's what it takes to keep mail coming 6 days a week, I'm all for it! I can't imagine what would have to all of these hatching eggs if the mail started coming every other day. It would be terrible!

We have to get our priorities straight here.

Sending a bunch of reminders in the mail is MUCH cheaper than paying a census worker to go door to door, so if there's even a small increase in the number of people who mail in their census because they got a second reminder in the mail, it probably saves some money.
