I think at least half my birds are boys at this point. I should just sell all my hens and keep roosters......

I haven't gotten eggs in at least a month between the broodies and the mud.

I would have had 3 silkie roos in with the 5 BBS girls if PRC hadn't bought one from me! I'm just as bad!

They're really sweet and handsome boys, so you should love them. I have 3 younger ones (2 frizzled, 1 straight) that I can't tell sex on yet, but should be able to by the swap. Here are the 2 boys...front left and 2nd from the right.

Yes, Please!! P_R_C I still want the buffs. I am sorry I haven't been on much lately. Been working 12 hours days and hatching babies here. I got'em coming out of my ears right now...LOL I'm going to have lots to bring to the swap. Mostly Bantam Blue Cochins and Bantam Frizzle Cochings for now. Maybe Barred Rocks if I get a good hatch and some Cuckoo Marans.

Kelly, you did get the Silkie eggs from me but to my knowledge there weren't any frizzles in there. I only have Frizzled Cochins but one of the eggs could possibly have gotten mixed in with them. The other possiblility that I mentioned was there could have been a partridge Silkie in there as I had one in the pen at that time.

Whatever hatched is definitely a little Frizzle or Sizzle...I hope it's a girl...otherwise Tricia will end up with it.

You still want the turkeys, right? I'm down to 3...the neighbor's dog got one through the pen the other night.

Yes, most definitely on the turkeys. I will have lots of the Cochins there. I can't tell boys from girls til one of them crows or lays an egg...lol You will have to be the expert on that one Kelly. Maybe you can show me how to tell at the swap?

I got your PM, I replied back. Did you get it? I put my cell number in it so that you can call me and give me directions. I had to take them out of my silkie flock and put them in a seperate cage. They arn't too happy with my decision either.

Of course you are welcome!!! There is lots to buy and swap. What ever the buyer and seller agree on. I didn't bring anything to swap at the last one and came home with lots of birds
