I think Bitty needs to keep this roo. I mean she has got it almost completely trained to swipe stuff. She would make a killing from keeping it. She could take it to town, let it swipe things bring them back.....see where I am going with this. If they can teach a dog and a parrot to do it, why not a chicken.


And Bitty, yeah a handful of those amera. for me too lol.

My EEs are hatching!! Don't worry everyone...I'm sure I won't want them all! I don't have enough brooder space for that! If Bitty Girl has dibs on the splash rock pullet then I'll have to call dibs on the hatching eggs so I can hatch my own!

You guys sure have been busy in the past 2 days. I went to the auctions yesterday..wait until you see what I got! I got 2 beautiful little black Cochin hens to go w/ Mr. Frizzle & an Araucana hen who's broody...I already gave her some eggs to sit on!

I also picked up an LG incubator in case someone wants it...I don't need another one, but I know all of you hatchaholics might want one! Just let me know.

I also picked up some Silkies from a lady down in Tampa...show quality w/ minor flaws (roo has white in his hackles and hen has a crooked tail)...you're all going to want their babies!

Hehe...can't wait to see what everyone is bringing to the swap!

He actually took my 6 week old ok maybe close to 7 or 8 week old chicks outside today. hmmmph the nerve. He put them in the pin and didn't sit right there with them like we do. Can't trust that man.

KD watch out they will get you hooked. They are all enablers here. I don't have mine yet and I am already shopping hard for eggs. Start with a couple of chicks then the next thing you know, you get a bator and I have heard it said, that then you will hatch anything that comes your way.

I'm trying to decide what I want to hatch lol
