Central Texas- Teacher for Caponizing Wanted (Bertram area)

Looking for someone to teach me how to caponize. I had two chicks die (gender unknown) and opened them up to see how hard caponizing would be for me. Apparently very hard as I could not find any sexual organs in either of them. I'd love for someone knowledgable to show me how it is done. Thanks!
