Cephalexin

What is the dosage to treat possible staph on legs.
I cant locate any of the conversations i had with helpful folks..including the one that gave me the info to get this medication.
It is AQUA-CEPH. (Cephalexin) 250mg green capsule with powder inside. I believe it is sprinkled on the tongue??? But how much? For how long?
Wish i knew how to navigate around to read what i was told?
