chain link fence for run? and questions about coons

SSS is Shoot, Shovel, and Shut up.

I have a chainlink run as well. It is true raccoons can reach in and pull the chickens out piece by piece. Hasn't happened to me, and I have plenty of raccoons around. Like others said, my chickens are in the coop at night.
I have seen it posted that larger predators can break threw the edges of the chainlink where the soft wire attaches the fence to the frame, so it is necessary to reinforce. And I've had small animals wiggle threw where the rounded corners are (possums) and even smaller (baby possums & rats) straight threw the fence. (And of course I'm referring to panels.) I have a chainlink floor, and ceiling as well.
I just expanded it a couple weeks ago. Here's a pic just before I got done.

My coop is surrounded chain link 6 ft high with chain ceiling and floor and hardware cloth at the bottom.I close the pop door at night since there is every predator you can think of around my house. My horses get locked in the barn with the goats at night and on all the buildings the door latch has a padlock clasp that I just use a heavy steel snap to keep it from being opened. I also have 2 pigs in an enclosure, its 20 ft wide 30 ft long, with a 5 ft tall shed they get locked in at night. I have windows for them with chain link to keep away predators and it has a cement floor w/rubber mats and bedding. their fencing is 4 ft tall with barbed wire and the fencing is attached to wooden posts which is all held into the ground with cement as well as a wooden board under the gate to prevent them from lifting it. I have not had any animals eaten or escape. The barn cats (2) are locked on the screened in porch, which is also where they stay during the winter but they have heated beds, litter box etc so they enjoy it (they are not allowed in the house as they came as strays and fight with my four house cats)
