Chain-link or welded wire fence?

I want to ask your opinion, I know chain link is good(and cheap) but I want to know is it worth it to invest in welded wire fencing. The only predator It will have to deal with is a fox. Hope you can help.

Chainlink fence will keep out fox. One thing to consider is to prevent fox from burrowing under. That would apply to ether fence.
The main thing chain link fence wont keep out is SNAKES. SO BE CAREFUL.................
