fathest i gotten with a double yolker was day 17 before they died hows the fairy egg? or did i miss that post?

The fairy egg quit early at around day 2 of 1st stage of development.

Well, there's always next time. I will try again once my hens start laying double yolkers, & fairy eggs again.

I'm giving this a reboot.

I got tiny bantam pullet eggs to hatch micro chicks. Here's one to compare to a large silkie egg.

I got a total of 4.
