Challenge: Hatching The Impossible!!!!!

They tend to malfunction easily. My first one I just scrapped because it likes to try cooking unhatched chicks. When you unplug the egg turner from the motor it'll still turn, & the thermometer, & hygrometer is very inaccurate.

My second one I'm using works better, still has the egg turner issue though, & I have to use separate hygrometer, & thermometers.
I do have to cover it with a towel to help it maintain the heat.
I think I have the same one. I have two do the same thing. On the in side the chick fall under the tray. I do like how it is a clear lid to see the chicks.

Yes, I know it’s small but my ancestors have been there since getting off the ship from Sweden in the 1880’s
Wow. You know a good chunck of you families past. All that I know is that my ancestors consist of native Americans, German (my great gramp), Italian, and possibly Viking... from what my dad said. Don't know when, don't know where.

I have been seriously working on my genealogy since the early 2000’s. Lots of work but fascinating!

JB sounds like she's doing good to me.
Mystery, I was thinking about trying one more time on the half shell thing. I have a new, bigger, more reliable incubator, and I'm confident I know what went wrong last time. These would be the only 2 eggs in there so I can cater to their humidity needs. Just wondered what you think. I don't have to try it, I just got so close last time and I'd love to see it work.
